The new DocBike was in pride of place
A very warm welcome was waiting for Ian as he presented the DocBike project as a speaker at the Association of Air Ambulances annual conference in London today.
Highlighting the success of combining the engagement ability and clinical capabilities of an air ambulance clinician with the police looking after rider training and maintenance of the vehicle; lots of air ambulance charities from around the UK were keen to hear more and look to hosting a DocBike in their area. The project also received interest from other countries including Malasia and Mexico!
The new DocBike was in pride of place on the BMW stand, with DocBike logos making the whole package look absolutely amazing. We have to say a huge thank-you to BMW Motorrad (Government & Authorities) for their support with this.
