DocBike is extremely proud to announce that on the 30th July 2015, Dr Ian Mew was presented with a Jubilee Award for Service at the House of Lords by The Baroness Massey of Darwen. The Jubilee Awards for Service recognise those who work in the public sector, who have dedicated their lives to service and who regularly go above and beyond their usual duties in the service of others.
Dr Ian Mew works full-time as a Consultant within the Intensive Care Department of Dorset County Hospital. Ian has gone the extra mile for the residents of Dorset, working daily as the Director of Major Trauma for Dorset County Hospital. Ian also rides alongside local police officers, in support of the counties DocBike road safety project.
