We know that the DocBike strategy works in Dorset, in fact it’s so successful, we can’t keep up with the demand! Lots of bikers are wanting to come on a BikerDown or BikeSafe course, but we’re booking up faster than we can deliver the courses.
We’ve been really keen to work with National organisations such as the Trauma Audit Research Network to make sure, we know the facts about who is having accidents, why, where and how. This work has already won us a national award, but we need to further evidence and resource the DocBike project so that we can spread this project nationally.
